Nákvæm og skilvirk vinnsla á hypotube

Generally, hypotubes are processed using advanced laser technology. Laser systems must perform different tasks, such as marking, cutting and drilling on or on metal pipe walls. Currently, medium power fiber lasers are the gold standard for these tasks. All edges must be burr-free, which may require some post-processing steps after the laser. However, more and more users now choose femtosecond lasers instead of fiber lasers. This ultrashort pulse (USP) laser deposits its energy into the material so fast that the heat cannot diffuse, and when the material evaporates, the heat-affected zone is minimized. Therefore, the USP laser can produce relatively smooth edges where water cleaning is usually sufficient after processing. On the contrary, although USP lasers are very accurate, they are slower than fiber lasers.
